Sheets, linens, and towels provided.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with every major appliance you might need including crock pot.  Outdoor gas grill available for guests.

We offer some firewood for s'mores at night.  More can be purchased at local gas stations.

Inside entertainment includes two TV's with Roku devices, a PS3, and blu-ray/DVD.  The house has wifi and smart speakers for music.  Cornhole for outside.

We have a large assortment of games, puzzles, toys for children under 8 and a pack n' play crib.

Our beach box has chairs, beach toys, two kayaks, life jackets, and an umbrella for use during your stay.

The house is equipped with central forced air heating and air conditioning.

Rules for guests

No pets are allowed. 

No parties or group events.

No trespassing on neighbor's property.  This can result in a termination of your stay without refund. 

Please respect the privacy of our neighbors by keeping your group’s volume to normal limits.  Quiet hours are 10 pm until 7 am. 

No smoking inside the house. 

Check-in is 4 pm with a keycode.  Check out is 10am. 

1. Weekly rentals only during the high season mid-June through August, Friday 4pm - Friday 10am.

2. Off season rentals (post Labor Day - mid June) have a 2 night minimum stay

Please limit the number of vehicles in the driveway to four. 

For your security, the house has a front door camera facing the driveway.

For your safety, the indoor fireplace is not accessible to guests.  

Please extinguish any outdoor fires before leaving the property or heading to bed.  

The crawl space below the house is off limits to guests and should only be used in an emergency. 

Garbage service is on Mondays.  Please leave the garbage can by the road for collection. 

The house has a septic system.  Please flush toilet paper only — no tissues, wipes, feminine products, or large food waste.

Please return beach chairs/toys to the bin when you’re done using them and lock up.

No unregistered guests, please. 

Please avoid any food or drinks in the bedrooms. 

We are not responsible for lost items, stolen property, or accidents during your stay.

Cellular signal is hit and miss.  If you want 4 bars, head to Pentwater or back to the Hearth grille.  Ironically, we get two bars of Verizon when we wade 20 feet out into the water!
