Summer Peak Rentals (June 13 -September 6th)
Peak Season Weekly Rate: $2990 (includes cleaning & taxes)Â Â
Weekly rentals are Friday-Friday.
Check in time is 4 p.m. Friday, checkout is 10 a.m. the following Friday.
50% reservation deposit due at time of booking. Deposit is fully refundable 60 days prior to rental. Within 60 days the deposit is not refundable.
Remaining balance due at arrival.

Occasionally we may rent short stays under one week. Call/email for availability of nightly rentals during peak season if vacant.
Peak Season Daily Rate: $395/night, 2 night minimum & $140 cleaning fee.
Off Season Weekly Rate: $2150.00 (includes all taxes & cleaning, not limited to Friday to Friday summer rule)
Off Season Daily Rate $295/night 2 night minimum & $140 cleaning fee.

No charge for direct payment through Paypal/Venmo; a 3% charge is added for credit card payments via Square.
